- Sump pump discharge line routed out of the crawlspace
- Gravel at the crawlspace entrance — inside and outside
- Insulation installed against the crawlspace walls
- R-19 batt insulation around the perimeter block
- 20-mil plastic liner installed on the floor, cut and taped on site
- Liner taped to the wall insulation
- AprilAire dehumidifier with condensation pump, draining into the sump bucket
- Moisture control in summer, cold protection in winter
- New dedicated outlet (breaker + GFI) for the dehumidifier
- New main crawlspace door with Durock on the side (replaces inadequate door with air gaps)
- Smaller secondary crawlspace door
- Existing mini-split line framed around for the new door
- All crawlspace vents sealed
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges and accepts the outlined
responsibilities and scope of work.
Scope: All work described in the Included Scope above. Any work not listed is not
included unless agreed in writing.
Structural excluded: joist repairs, beam replacement, subfloor sheet replacement,
engineering, foundation modifications.
Notes:
**Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
**Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while working on the crawlspace.
Warranty:
**12 months workmanship.
**12 months drainage system.
Payment Terms:
· Total Project Cost: $9,702.90 (includes 10% discount)
· Deposit to Schedule: $4,851.45
· Final Payment: $4,851.45
